Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
About the Company: The business is a preferred service supplier to a wide range of time-sensitive and logistically challenging organizations, including, among others, those in the food, steel, agricultural, flower, and automotive industries.
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Online
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer escalations, providing resolutions to the customer
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
- Monitoring monthly performance, updating the information in the CRM system
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
- May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Experience working in a transportation/logistics company
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically, but not limited to MS Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License
