Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

About the Company: The business is a preferred service supplier to a wide range of time-sensitive and logistically challenging organizations, including, among others, those in the food, steel, agricultural, flower, and automotive industries.

Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Online

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer escalations, providing resolutions to the customer
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
  • Monitoring monthly performance, updating the information in the CRM system
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
  • May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in Sales Field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience working in a transportation/logistics company
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically, but not limited to MS Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Driver’s License
