Job Title: Sales Account Manager/Account Executive

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Company: Transportation Company that Moves shipments across Canada, USA, and Mexico Dry Van, Flat Beds, and Refrigerated Trailers. They also provide Less-than-truckload and Full truckload shipments for all classes, along with Priority and Regular services. Helping Customers deliver the goods via CN Rail & road freight (Cold Storage & Supply Chain)

Job Duties:

• Generate business prospecting and development, including scheduling and conducting client introductions, both virtual and face-to-face client meetings, cold calls, & closing sales
• Tools/Software would be used Salesforce/ Internal CRM
• Working on 3PL Central cloud-based warehouse management (WMS) and inventory management (IMS) or order management systems (OMS)
• Build strong relationships with key executive stakeholders within accounts.
• Know the customers’ vision, values, roadmap, business plan and budget for their entire facility and their service needs.
• Weekly check-ins with partners to ensure our leads are meeting the need

Important Notes/ Compliance:

• Experience in a similar profile for three years or more
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
• Strong sales professional skilled in Negotiation, English, Management, Strong Business Development, and Logistics Management.
• Strong analytical, strategic selling, and creative thinking skills.
• Self-motivated & a team player
• College/University degree in business, marketing, or logistics is an asset
• Spanish Language knowledge is an asset.
• CFIA knowledge (Permits, policies, notices, and foreign rules for food) could be an asset.
