– Identify and onboard new clients
– Introduce clients to a unique level of service only a boutique 3PL can provide
– Source carrier partners to service customer lanes
– Work as a partner with management to build the company into a 3PL household name
– Produce self-motivated results with minimal supervision


– Previous successful track record in logistics and an understanding of both customer acquisition
and sales as well as carrier sales/carrier procurement
– Ambition to grow and help build a company from the ground up
– Fluent English is a requirement; additional languages spoken are an asset


– 50% commission based on gross profits earned
– $50,000 annual draw, paid bi-weekly against total commissions earned (a higher draw will be
available once gross profits exceed $120,000)
– Bonus incentives for exceeding targets
– $150 monthly stipend for dental and health benefits
